Pool access vouchers available up to 12 times in a year entitle the Taj InnerCircle Platinum member and one accompanying guest to pool access at any of the participating Taj, SeleQtions, Gateway, and Vivanta hotels. This benefit does not include any other offerings or services.
This voucher is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the Taj InnerCircle Platinum member for his/her use.

Prior reservation is mandatory for usage of this voucher. Access to the pool is subject to availability.

The last order under this benefit must be placed by 8:00 PM and must be consumed within a reasonable time after the order has been served.

Death - In the event of a Tata Neu Member's death, Tata Neu may, in its sole discretion, allow unutilized NeuCoins from the deceased Tata Neu Member's Membership Account to be transferred to a family member or a friend who is an active Tata Neu Member upon Tata Neu's receipt and review of all requested documentation and communications.
Duplicate Membership Accounts - In the event that an individual user has more than one Membership Account. Tata Neu may allow NeuCoins and benefits to be transferred from one Membership Account to another upon Tata Neu's receipt and review of any requested documentation evidencing such duplication of Membership Accounts.
