What if I find a lower rate elsewhere?
If you find a lower price for the same villa online, we’ll match it—and offer you an additional 10% saving, exclusively for booking direct.
What needs to match for the guarantee to apply?
The villa, dates, number of guests, length of stay and inclusions must be exactly the same.
How soon should I submit a claim?
Just submit your claim within 24 hours of booking and at least 48 hours before arrival, along with a screenshot of the lower rate.
Do I need to book before making a claim?
Yes. A confirmed booking made directly on the amã Stays & Trails website is required.
Is this valid for all villas?
Yes, across amã Stays & Trails and partner villas—when booked directly with us.
Are packages or special deals included?
Our guarantee applies to standard public rates. Packages, negotiated or special rates are excluded.
What about taxes and additional charges?
The guarantee applies to the villa rate only. Taxes and additional fees are excluded.
If my booking is prepaid, how is the refund handled?
If approved, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method within 30 business days.
Can my claim be declined?
Claims may be declined if eligibility criteria aren’t met or if the price difference is minimal.
Can the Best Rate Guarantee change?
Yes. amã Stays & Trails may update or withdraw the guarantee at any time.
