- The offer is applicable across participating hotels within India and globally and is subject to availability.
- The offer is inclusive of accommodation, daily breakfast and one meal during the stay, and Inclusive of standard wi-fi and applicable taxes extra.
- This promotional rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or negotiated rate, including third-party rates.
- Limited rooms are available at the offer. Blackout dates will apply.
- Extra adults and children will be charged as per the hotel’s standard policy, applicable rates, and taxes.
- Taxes, applicable as per local regulations and government mandates, are extra and payable.
- Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered group bookings; the hotels reserve the right to refuse such bookings or apply special rates. In such a case, the group stay terms and conditions per hotel policy shall be applicable.
- The Special Discount on Spa Services is subject to availability and applicable only at select villa where the facility is available
- NeuPass Loyalty Program members can earn NeuCoins only on their eligible spends on bookings made via the brand website, Tata Neu app, IHCL central reservation office or hotel reservation office. Bookings made via any other medium will not be eligible to earn NeuCoins.
- Each hotel reserves the right to refuse bookings that are not as per the Terms and Conditions.
- All the Terms and Conditions of the NeuPass Loyalty program, as available on https://www.amastaysandtrails.com/en-in/neupass
- In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.
